The client has 2 floors on a 4 floor apartment building which is 30 years old construction without any pillars. It has 9" thick walls and load bearing beams on top of all doors. It was very difficult to create staircase joining 1st and 2nd floor internally as Client wanted to implement, But by using Garters and hiding it in false ceiling it became achievable. The existing kitchen was demolished to build a new staircase. We changed the placement of Kitchen and dining area towards the extended Rcc sections of the apartment . Cinematic style windows were used to give it a modern impression. In general the alterations and the interiors were done aesthetically.
