Show Flat Patel's New Town
The show flat was a challange for us, as each wall is made of RCC and not a brick wall which was the usp of the client's high-rise residential project. We still managed to design it in our own way so that minimal electrical conduting is ensured. It has 2 bedrooms, one with attached bathroom and another for common purpose. Living area has been segregated by adding a jaali partition for privacy and dining area with the wall cladding is Instigated appropriately. Overall Impression of the show flat is stupendous as said by the client and the flat visitors.
