Its a small 600 sqft office space on the 9th floor of a building with a Big balcony opening towards the spectacular view of the corporate area located in Delhi. The office space was outlined by allocating a MD Cabin, a convertable small conference room cum cabin, reception area and 5 workstations for employees , pantry and the balcony is offered with a retractable awning and sort of plants and casual seating which is commonly used as a cafeteria too with an amazing view. The height of the office is quiet good and a provision of FCU was provided by the building management so we did a recessed ceiling having a ducting along with the smoke detectors and sprinklers. Due to non availability of service lift in the building, each material used in the project made available on the 9th floor at a demanding value.
