This 3400 sqft apartment has been the dream project of the retired colonel which we collectively completed. The apartment has a big foyer area, 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, living cum dining area, kitchen with utility room, store room and balconies. The kitchen outer wall has given a brick like texture with a entry having a traditional arch. outside the kitchen is dining area accompained by the client's favourate bar made up of walnut wooden finish and glass. Each bedroom has its own charm. The long foyer area ceiling has a indirect lighting from both sides and ethinic lamps suspended in the center. Overall the apartment has an aura of contentment.
